as a vehicle for the philanthropic activities
of Vernon D. and Florence E. Roosa and

Our Mission

The Vernon D. and Florence E. Roosa
Family Foundation believes in the obligation of the private
sector to address community needs and is dedicated to funding
qualified charitable organizations in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut
area and in the State of Rhode Island, where there is a
